Once the design and specifications are complete, we manage the full tendering process. We select contractors through randomised allocation from the council’s preferred list or source trusted installers via the Foundations Contractor Network. This ensures fairness, transparency, and compliance, while reducing administrative burden. Our approach streamlines procurement, supports timely delivery, and allows council teams to focus on strategic priorities and resident outcomes.
Project Management
Following tender returns and council approval, we arrange a pre-start meeting with the resident and contractor to confirm the scope of works and how they will be delivered. We manage the contractor on site and act as a point of contact for the resident throughout the build, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise. Once works are complete, we carry out final inspections to ensure quality and compliance, and sign off before formal handover to the council.
